Last month I had the pleasure of taking part in the PRMA – that is Private Risk Management Association – Summit. As a founding member, this is the third summit in which I have participated and the third year I have been asked to lead a round table discussion.
This year’s Summit was no different than any other year; it was a wonderful gathering of top professionals and company leaders who specialize in high net-worth insurance. It was an opportunity to network and learn with like minded people, as well as be introduced to new and innovative concepts and products available to help us serve our clients. Our time together proved that there is a true commitment within the high net-worth insurance industry to raise the bar on the level of service and solutions we bring to our clients. I was proud to be a part of it.
I was fortunate enough to lead a Roundtable discussion for Agency Owners and Principals where we were able to openly talk about issues and concerns in the marketplace. The ultimate goal for all of us is to offer our clients outstanding advice and customer service. It became clear that Advocate’s philosophy of getting to know our client’s and understanding what is most important to them is key in delivering the kind of service that exceeds expectation.
My own personal goal of educating each client I serve was strengthened by attending this type of educational conference. I look forward to 2017 and the opportunities it will bring to build stronger relationships with my clients.
