Back in 1968, Rosalyn Binday, then a mother with a young family, did something nearly unheard of: she started to sell insurance. Roz came to learn that very few people understood their insurance policy. She recalled:
“Everyone needed insurance for their homes, cars, or businesses. I found we could make buying insurance a more positive experience by getting to know our clients and their families.”
That simple truth became the mission of Advocate Brokerage. Today, together with her husband Ronald Binday, son Glenn Binday and daughter Denise Koslowsky, they lead a team dedicated to gaining an understanding of the unique needs of their successful clientele and providing advice, the highest level of service and the best coverage available. What began as a local agency has grown to serve successful individuals wherever their interests are located nationwide, with locations in New York, Vermont, and Florida.
