Lessons I’ve Learned (am still learning) From Mom

I’ve been watching and learning from my mom my entire life. Not everyone gets training for their future career during their formative years but I’m lucky enough to have learned from the best. I truly believe my mom is the world’s best saleswoman and the wisdom she has imparted to me cannot be taught in a classroom. One of the key lessons I have learned and truthfully am still learning is patience.
My mom is completely dedicated to her clients, our carriers and the Advocate staff. The unending patience she has whether she is helping a client as they navigate a loss or helping remarket a complicated account is admirable. It is something that I am still learning to this day from mom. I am proud to be a part of the business she created.
