The 2021 Insurer Report Card which is a nationwide survey on auto insurance conducted by CRASH Network was recently released and we were thrilled to see that several of our carrier partners made it into the top 20!
Each year, the CRASH Network asks auto body shops across the country to grade insurance companies. The shops are asked questions that reveal insights as to how well they handle claims, their attitude when working with the shops, and payment practices. Their ultimate goal is to ensure quality repairs and high-quality customer service for motorists.

Whether drivers filed an auto claim or not, they still faced the decision about whether to remain with their current insurer – or to choose another – when it came time to renew their policy. That decision can be challenging for many consumers because they only rarely see how their insurer will treat them when it matters most: when they have claim. Drivers in the U.S. have such a claim on average only once every 10 years.
We have always understood that not all auto insurance policies are the same and that every carrier offers different coverage. We feel it is important to share that some of the largest insurers in the United States have found themselves, rated by auto body repair shops at the bottom of the list.
Congratulations to our carrier partners! Cincinnati came in at 16, Pure was ranked 6, and Chubb was given an A and ranked at number 2!
